Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was born at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer previously from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer), are her parents. Emma Kenney is born the same place like Emmy Rossum. Kenney is a native of Manhattan. She's Debbie the shrewd daughter in Shameless the upcoming Showtime TV show. While her birthplace was in Manhattan, the actress spent the majority of her childhood years living at home in Garden State. Kenney has also been known for playing Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
